The members of the organizing committee and myself are very proud to present the “54th Annual Conference of the Society of Nuclear Medicine, India (SNMICON 2022)” under the theme of: “Theranostics: The dawn of a new Era” and welcome all participants to AIIMS, New Delhi from 8th to 11th of December 2022. This is a very special occasion for the family of Nuclear Medicine in AIIMS, as we are celebrating 50 years of the establishment of the department of Nuclear Medicine in AIIMS New Delhi.
The conference is aimed at updating all recent developments in the field of theranostics and related aspects. We have renowned international and national faculty who are stalwarts in their respective areas and we hope that each of you will benefit greatly from this academic feast. After two years of online meetings we hope that each of us enjoys meeting each other and being together. We hope to have great scientific sessions and have announced two awards for the best poster. The hard work and dedication of all the members of organizing, scientific, food and accomodation committees during the preparation for this conference is highly appreciated. Thanks and acknowledgement to SNM India for giving us this opportuinity with their support and continuous follow up, we hope to make this event a grand success.
